To fully embrace Life, we must find meaning and contentment in the journey. If we wait for the reward at the end, we're robbing ourselves of Living Life. That pot at the end of the rainbow is always a fleeting image, and we'll never stop chasing the happiness we think is there.

Absolutely! 🙌 and also reinforce others’ journeys, so they can feel it’s okay too. It’s ongoing, I think. And easy to forget sometimes

What a great article and one that makes you think and take a step back.

I love the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh.

Thank you for this thought evoking piece Jennifer🙏🏻🦋

Thank you so much for the kind words and for reading. I love his teachings, too. I’m so big into Ramana Maharshi right now, though, so more of my upcoming posts in this pub will be inspired by him. 🙏 💕

Thanks for reading; glad you liked it. I hope you wake refreshed by aimless dreaming, too! (Me not son much this week. I am here, aware of my night wakings, not trying to fight them and trying to do what I used to do — meditate and write.)

Hope you have a great day tomorrow! It’s the show for me; hopefully I can stay awake for it. 🧚🥄
